Indiska, a Swedish fashion, interiors and accessories retailer operating online across Europe and almost 45 stores in Scandinavia, wanted to improve its international ecommerce experience, increase customer trust and support expansion. They engaged Taggstar to evaluate real-time social proof messaging to better inform customers what was trending and popular across markets.

Taggstar ran a two-month, full-funnel trial (4 June–3 Aug 2021) across seven markets using 11 real-time message types including Trending, Popularity and Audience views; the test delivered a 10.62% conversion rate uplift, 2,297 incremental orders, a 0.4% uplift in AOV, €137,820 in additional sales and an estimated 62x return on investment, leading Indiska to plan further use of Taggstar’s social proof solution.
