Taggstar implemented real-time, factual product trend messages on Hotter’s product detail pages, tailored to the brand’s tone of voice and designed for readability and accessibility. The pilot showed strong engagement, with shoppers more likely to add to basket and checkout, and delivered a 5% revenue uplift; Taggstar later expanded the messaging to Hotter’s EU, German and US sites.
