Taggstar worked with Indiska, a Swedish fashion, interiors and accessories retailer that sells across Scandinavia and to more than 25 European countries online. Indiska wanted to improve the ecommerce customer experience and reduce basket abandonment as part of its ongoing ecommerce optimisation efforts.
Taggstar implemented social proof messaging across the full funnel, including a later test of Low Stock Messages on the basket page alongside Indiska’s existing message types. The original rollout delivered a 10.62% uplift in online conversion rate, and the basket-page experiment added a further 2.23% conversion rate uplift, producing 673 incremental orders and helping reduce basket abandonment.
