Getinspired.no is one of Norway’s leading eCommerce retailers of women’s sports and leisure clothing, later expanding into menswear and gifts. The company wanted to use the behaviour of its existing customers to boost conversions, help shoppers navigate a growing range, and increase confidence in purchasing, so it trialled Taggstar’s social proof messaging.

Taggstar implemented real-time social proof messaging across product detail and basket pages using 11 message types such as “Quantity Purchased – Don’t Miss Out” and “Added to Bag – In Demand.” In just 22 days, the campaign delivered a 9.05% uplift in conversion rate and 1,353 incremental orders, prompting Getinspired.no to plan further rollout to mobile, product list pages, and category pages.
