Fashion World, part of the N Brown Group and a top‑10 digital clothing and footwear retailer, was seeing friction in its mobile experience and wanted clearer, more visible urgency-driven messaging to boost purchase confidence. They partnered with Taggstar to apply a mobile-first refresh and deploy Taggstar’s social proof messaging across product detail pages.
Taggstar tested a redesigned message position and 11 message variants (including personalised “purchased/viewed/add to bag since last visit” and “added to bag”) over 27 days; the changes delivered an overall 11.5%+ conversion uplift and a 14.6% increase on mobile, with a 13.1% rise in mobile add-to-bag, an 11.5% increase in progression-to-bag, a 2.3% AOV gain for new visitors, and for mobile landing users a 23.9% conversion uplift and 8.7% lower bounce rate—personalisation messages produced the largest single impact (16.1%).
