Victorian Plumbing, a major online bathroom retailer based in Merseyside, UK, wanted to improve conversion in a competitive market and make it easier for shoppers to choose products and complete purchases. Taggstar implemented its SaaS social proof platform across Victorian Plumbing’s funnel, using targeted, real-time product trend messages via Google Tag Manager to boost engagement and confidence. In an initial 30-day trial, 2.4 million messages drove 411 extra orders, and over six months Victorian Plumbing recorded a 2.41% average conversion rate uplift and more than £159,000 in incremental revenue within the first 30 days.
