Joules, a well-known UK lifestyle brand, wanted to improve online conversions and revenue across its ecommerce experience. The company had already been using Taggstar social proof messaging on product detail and basket pages to highlight product popularity, trending activity, and add-to-basket signals, and then looked to strengthen that approach further with review content.

Taggstar helped Joules run an experiment combining social proof messages with Bazaarvoice review data on product pages. The result was a 1.8% increase in conversion rate, a 1.5% increase in revenue, and a 1.8% increase in orders, leading Joules to continue showing review data alongside its existing Taggstar messages.
