Taggbox provided a solution by implementing two social media walls on the Mortal Kombat website. One wall on the #MKKOLLECTIVE page displayed user-generated content from Instagram and Twitter, which encouraged fans to share their creations. Another wall on the Community page aggregated feeds from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to share branded content and game updates. Using Taggbox’s platform drove significant user engagement, successfully creating a dedicated hub for the community and showcasing fan talent.
