A Taggbox Case Study
McGill University, one of Canada’s most trusted higher-learning institutions, wanted to make its annual BRAVO2019 awards ceremony more engaging. The event team planned to use a Twitter wall, but their hashtag was pulling in a large amount of irrelevant content, making moderation difficult and putting the event experience at risk.
Taggbox provided the solution with its social wall and moderation panel, allowing McGill to filter content manually and automatically before it appeared on screen. Using the live hashtag feed for #Bravo2019, Taggbox helped display relevant attendee posts in real time, boost audience engagement, and create a visually appealing experience that the university said impressed attendees and leadership alike.
