IMI increases sales and reduces sales costs with Tacton CPQ

IMI, a global industrial company, needed a better way to support smarter selling across its broad product portfolio and reduce the cost of sales. After working with Tacton, IMI implemented Tacton CPQ to help select the right products for customer needs while also improving financial outcomes for the business.

With Tacton CPQ, IMI expanded from 12 product lines to about 50 by the end of 2023 and became 90% self-sufficient in managing product and pricing logic. Tacton also helped IMI standardize offerings, reduce engineering hours and lead times, strengthen supply chains, and shift operations toward a more digital, data-driven model.
