NQ Dry Tropics, a regional Natural Resource Management body, faced fragmented contract and project data spread across three Microsoft Access databases, creating continuity and reporting risks and a need for a single point of truth. To solve this, they engaged Tactiv Pty Ltd to deploy Enquire, a web‑based contract and project management system to manage the full project–contract lifecycle.

Tactiv Pty Ltd implemented Enquire to consolidate data, manage users and project transfers, create parent/child project structures, and deliver custom reporting so staff can query delivery progress (for example, measuring time from application to assessment). The solution replaced the risky multi‑database setup, improved project continuity, collaboration and statewide reporting, and enabled measurable process analysis and access to a single source of truth from anywhere with internet connectivity.
