Burnett Mary Regional Group (BMRG) faced the challenge of managing hundreds of natural resource projects, contracts and reporting requirements while maintaining data quality and coping with staff turnover. To address this, BMRG adopted Tactiv Pty Ltd’s Enquire projects and contracts management platform, which Kim D'Arcy (Contracts Officer) uses to write contracts, administer finances and control project data.

Tactiv Pty Ltd’s Enquire provided downloadable applications, group project templates, contract generation and a single source of project data so applications can be tracked, assessed, contracted and reported in one place. Using Enquire BMRG produced 475 contracts in 2012/13 and entered 344 projects in the most recent financial year, simplified staff handovers, preserved historical project data and made ongoing reporting far more efficient.
