Tactical Solutions implemented a test-and-learn trial, selecting 100 Co-op stores for support and 20 as a control group. Their team conducted bi-weekly store visits to audit, fix, and educate, comparing results against the control stores. The trial demonstrated a 38.5% improvement in promotion compliance and a 1.5% increase in fixture availability, delivering an £8.12 return for every £1 spent. As a result, Tactical Solutions developed a predictive ROI model for Unilever and other brands.
