Zazume Drives 60% Lower CPA with Taboola Retargeting Campaigns

Zazume is a Barcelona-based real estate software platform (founded in 2021) that digitizes the rental lifecycle for owners and tenants. To grow in Madrid and Barcelona, the company needed to drive more qualified signups from property owners and renters, lowering cost-per-acquisition (CPA) beyond results from existing search and social campaigns.

Zazume partnered with Taboola, using sponsored Image Ads with enhanced descriptions and CTAs that sent users to personalized, interactive landing pages (price calculator, tenant search) and ran retargeting via the Taboola Pixel, Trends optimization, and SmartBid. The campaigns delivered strong performance: targeted campaigns beat Zazume’s CPA goal by 16%, retargeting cut CPA by 60%, Taboola now supplies 4% of total leads, and 20% of those leads are qualified—up to 6% higher quality than search and social.
