Facing the need to scale both desktop and mobile visitors and increase purchases at a higher conversion rate and lower CPA, Tophatter sought a channel that could reach audiences they hadn’t accessed before across the US and international markets.
Tophatter ran campaigns on Taboola’s discovery platform, testing creative variations and using Taboola’s third‑party data and account team to identify new audience segments (including men) and optimize headlines and images. The program delivered a 3.7% higher conversion rate than other paid channels and a 4.7% higher rate of clicks leading to same‑day purchases from first‑time visitors, enabling meaningful scale and plans for further expansion.
