TechRadar, part of Future PLC, is a global technology publisher known for long‑lived product reviews and news. With over half its traffic coming from international search and many evergreen articles, the site struggled to monetise lower‑yield audiences without compromising the premium UX reserved for recent, high‑value markets like the UK, U.S., and Australia.

TechRadar implemented Taboola‑X, an adaptive framework that adjusts page templates and ad visibility in real time based on content age, geography and referral source, and pairs this with Taboola’s content discovery to boost engagement. By showing more performance ad units to older, international search visitors while keeping a cleaner experience for premium pages, TechRadar drove exponential growth in performance advertising revenue and captured value from previously low‑return traffic.
