Ferratum Bank, the 100% online mobile-banking arm of Finland’s Group Ferratum operating in France since 2017, faced a highly competitive banking market and needed to boost brand awareness and acquire new customers quickly.
Partnering with Taboola, Ferratum ran sponsored content, retargeting and video campaigns with ongoing creative and headline optimization. Over six months Taboola delivered roughly 155 million impressions and 74,521 clicks, doubling Ferratum’s website traffic, generating 40% of French site visits and becoming the brand’s top conversion channel (about 40% of account openings indirectly). The video campaign added 188,517 impressions, 3,335 visitors and a 45% completion rate.
