Sobha Realty, an international luxury developer, sought new ways to promote its flagship Sobha Hartland development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City — an eight million square-foot gated community of luxury apartments, villas and townhouses — and to reach and re-engage high-intent buyers across the UAE.
Sobha partnered with Taboola to run a video campaign using motion ads, Attentive Audience targeting and retargeting with sponsored content. In three months the campaign reached 37 million potential buyers and delivered a conversion rate 30% above target while cutting cost-per-acquisition 14% below target.
