BluTV, Turkey’s leading subscription video-on-demand platform, partnered with performance agency Hype to promote the relaunch of the iconic series Behzat Ç. Their challenge was to drive awareness and subscriptions for the new season while minimizing cost per subscription and outperforming social channels.
They ran Taboola Image Ads and High Impact Placements across premium publisher sites, using SmartBid and the Taboola Pixel to optimize for conversions and retarget engaged users. The campaign produced a 121% increase in conversion rate and an 82% rise in conversions, a 7% lower bounce rate, 79% lower CPM than YouTube (and 4x lower CPC), plus lower CPCs/CPMs than Meta — results that convinced BluTV and Hype to continue scaling native ads on the open web.
