Durex, the Reckitt-owned condom and personal-lubricant brand, teamed with Havas to boost product purchases on Hepsiburada, a leading Turkish e‑commerce marketplace. The challenge was to increase conversions and diversify their media mix beyond existing channels.

They partnered with Taboola to run native image ads across premium publisher sites, using A/B testing on headlines and images and Taboola SmartBid to optimize bids for conversions. In three months the campaign delivered an 18× higher ROAS than other native channels, a 51% lift in CTR and a 3× higher conversion rate, and the teams plan to expand their native-ad efforts.
