My Cookie Dough is a kiosk-based food concept with multiple locations that was relying on manual, paper-based processes for its operations, including spreadsheets for timesheets and stock takes. Their challenge was to quickly implement three new core systems: an EPOS, a staffing and rota system, and a stock management system to support their expansion. This provided My Cookie Dough with comprehensive, automated reporting on key metrics like sales and labour, and allowed for easy scaling as they opened new stores. A key result was the ability to quickly adapt during the Covid-19 lockdown; Tabology enabled a click and collect offer within 24 hours, which was crucial for continued operation. The system from Tabology also streamlined operations by integrating staffing management directly into the EPOS, eliminating the need for separate systems.
