Rivington Brewery Co. Tap Room had outgrown its previous Zettle EPOS system and needed a more robust solution to manage its diverse and frequently changing drinks menu. The challenge included time-consuming manual stock management, updating beer menus on chalkboards, and a lack of real-time sales data to inform brewing and ordering decisions.

Tabology implemented its Bar EPOS system, which integrated seamlessly with the existing Zettle payment readers. The solution pulled in detailed beer data from Untappd for menus and staff use, provided real-time sales tracking by style and ABV for accurate forecasting, and offered customizable product options. As a result, staff training time was reduced, a successful loyalty program with over 60 members was launched, and the Tap Room manager gained the ability to efficiently manage stock from both internal brewing and external suppliers.
