Uplift Education is a network of 34 schools on 17 campuses serving just over 14,000 students—many from low‑income, first‑generation college families—whose mission is to prepare students for college and community success. The challenge was fragmented data across multiple warehouses and spreadsheets, making it time‑consuming for teachers and leaders to pull together student and teacher information needed to identify learning gaps and coordinate interventions.

By deploying Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop connected to their data warehouse and Excel sources, Uplift created interactive dashboards that present unified student and teacher profiles—tests, grades, attendance, compliance, and skill tracking—with drill‑down and export capabilities. Teachers and principals can now quickly surface insights, plan reteach or interventions, and monitor progress over time, enabling proactive, targeted support from campuses and central office and advancing the district’s goal of improving student outcomes.
