Daily manual processes—most notably a 440 million‑row, 800 GB customer‑service dataset—required 60–90 minutes of staff time and were error‑prone, so the company needed a self‑service analytics solution to support growth, improve profitability and streamline operations.
In November 2018 real.digital rolled out Tableau company‑wide after a tool evaluation, buying a Tableau Server and 100 Creator licenses and providing enablement training, while consolidating data in Google BigQuery and establishing “Tableau lighthouse” power users and standards.
