SYSTEX Corporation is a Taiwan-based IT services provider with over 3,000 employees and a broad portfolio of clients and channel partners. The company faced fragmented data systems and multiple analytics tools across departments, which made reporting slow, inconsistent, and dependent on IT rather than the people who create and use the data.

After evaluating Tableau, SYSTEX adopted it as the standard BI tool in December 2014, rolled out workshops, and deployed 40+ Desktop licenses so teams could build interactive, self-service dashboards. As a result, report generation times fell from one–two weeks to three–four hours, cross-department communication improved through a common analytics language, and employees gained faster, more autonomous access to actionable insights.
