Swiss Life standardized on Tableau (with implementation support from Actinvision), built or enriched data marts drawing from 100+ sources, and set up a dedicated team to manage common indicators. The rollout delivered 225 dashboards and 1,630 views, trained 200+ users, and launched community practices (quarterly “Dashboard Shows,” newsletters).
