Since introducing Tableau in 2014, Sony built centralized, self-service interactive dashboards used by about 2,000 employees, cutting routine reporting time and freeing teams to focus on analysis, creativity and agile prototyping. The change delivered faster project execution, deeper marketing insights (for example, platform playlists can drive more than half of streaming revenue) and better-aligned, data-driven marketing decisions.
