The service implemented Tableau Desktop, Server and Mobile so analysts could publish interactive dashboards to managers statewide. Resulting benefits include three times faster handling of ad‑hoc requests, regular use of more than 1,000 workbooks by ~40 users, faster data‑driven decisions to redeploy staff and ambulances during demand spikes, increased accountability and improved response planning — with plans to add geospatial data to further reduce driving time and boost efficiency.
