Ray White implemented Tableau Server integrated with its intranet and a custom Document Builder layer to auto-generate tailored reports and interactive dashboards that update nightly. With minimal training and built-in tooltips, adoption reached about 98%, producing up to 500 personalized documents a day; agents use these visual, locally relevant materials to differentiate themselves, improve client conversations, drive leads (one flyer run yielded 20 document requests and 10 appraisals), and support recruitment and market-share growth.
