Ray White is a 110-year-old, family-owned real estate leader in Australia and New Zealand with about 10,000 agents across 1,000 offices. Faced with the need to make agents more effective and to provide consumer-facing, data-driven reports from more than 40 million rows of combined internal and government data, the company needed an easy, web-based way to deliver timely, localized market insight without heavy training.

Ray White implemented Tableau Server integrated with its intranet and a custom Document Builder layer to auto-generate tailored reports and interactive dashboards that update nightly. With minimal training and built-in tooltips, adoption reached about 98%, producing up to 500 personalized documents a day; agents use these visual, locally relevant materials to differentiate themselves, improve client conversations, drive leads (one flyer run yielded 20 document requests and 10 appraisals), and support recruitment and market-share growth.
