KORE Software provides KORE ProSports, a SaaS suite that turns CRM into a full sales, marketing and operations platform for professional sports teams. Facing a data “revolution” — large volumes of ticketing, fan and partnership data and users with varying technical skills — KORE needed a secure, multi-tenant way to deliver interactive, easy-to-understand analytics across multiple data sources.

KORE embedded Tableau as an OEM multi-site Tableau Server with single sign-on, a common data schema and fine-grained permissions, surfacing interactive visualizations (maps, ticket vs. secondary pricing, year-over-year pipelines and forecasts) that work across SQL Server and Redshift. The integration was seamless and widely adopted—more than half of North American pro teams use KORE products—delivering secure, self-service insights that teams and corporate partners can immediately act on.
