Mahindra Finance democratizes data to help every employee perform at their best

Mahindra Finance, one of India’s largest non-banking financial companies, needed to make data accessible beyond IT and senior management so employees across the business could make faster, better decisions. In 2017, it turned to Tableau Software and Tableau’s analytics platform to build a more data-driven culture, improve productivity, and support growth and repayment efficiency.

Tableau Software helped Mahindra Finance establish a Centre of Excellence, create data marts and dashboards, and train 3,000 employees to use data in their daily work. The result was 30% faster time to insight, better visibility into performance and NPAs, and increased productivity that helped reduce costs and support growth; Mahindra Finance is now expanding Tableau use toward all 16,000 employees.
