Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company, is a global digital strategy and software engineering firm that faced fragmented analytics across 100+ data sources, widespread manual reporting, and limited executive visibility. The company needed a single source of truth to improve data quality, speed decision-making, and streamline operations across sales and HR.

To solve this, Luxoft established a corporate BI centre and consolidated data into a Microsoft SQL Server warehouse, added Alteryx and EasyMorph for data prep, and adopted Tableau as the primary analytics platform with native Salesforce integration. The result: a unified, self‑service analytics environment with ~1,000 Tableau Server users and 700+ dashboards, faster insights (hours to minutes), improved executive decision-making, deeper sales visibility, and more efficient, transparent HR processes that help reduce turnover.
