Hult International Business School automates reports & leverages data connectors

Hult International Business School, with seven international campuses, needed to move beyond ad hoc Excel reporting to make data available organization-wide. Technical Director Zeeshan Zuberi had to build a solution that connected to cloud CRM (Salesforce) and their learning management system on Amazon Redshift, but without the heavy development effort of a central reporting system.

Hult adopted Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, using built-in connectors and server-side user filtering to manage campus permissions. The rollout paired Tableau visualizations with department training, producing automated dashboards—notably a sales and marketing dashboard—used daily by C-level and regional leaders. Adoption was rapid, manual Monday reporting was eliminated, and the school established a culture of self-service analytics.
