Emami, a leading Indian personal care and healthcare company, needed to move beyond slow spreadsheet-based MIS reporting. The company wanted to automate monthly reports, give departments self-service dashboards, and use Tableau Software to improve decision-making with faster, more visual analytics.

With help from CRG Solutions, Emami implemented Tableau Software dashboards connected to its data warehouse, enabling automatic refreshes by the second day of each month. The rollout increased Tableau adoption from 20 to 150 employees and delivered 67 visualizations across the business, helping Emami analyze sales, brand performance, operations, and root causes more quickly while laying the groundwork for predictive analytics.
