Eastern Alliance Trading Group cuts manual reporting across 300,000 transactions per year

Eastern Alliance Trading Sdn Bhd, a consumer goods distributor across Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei, was struggling with repetitive daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting across more than 300,000 transactions a year. Before Tableau Software, only a few employees could access the reports, and the business relied heavily on IT to prepare and combine data from multiple systems.
