Domain Group, Australia’s leading residential, commercial and rural property platform (reaching 5.9 million property seekers monthly), faced a scaling challenge: more than 20 TB of data in an in‑house warehouse but analytics confined to an ICT specialist team. Limited access and monthly/quarterly reporting created information lags that hindered timely, insight‑driven decisions across the business.

By rolling out Tableau and training nearly all of its 700 employees, Domain built a culture of self‑service analytics—300 active Tableau users across sales, product, marketing and strategy. Sales reps (200) now deliver real‑time insights to 13,000 agency partners, driving better client outcomes and supporting profitable, high growth over the past five years as data became the Group’s key source of truth for expansion and decision making.
