Dentsu Aegis Network, a global marketing services group, faced fragmented analytics and slow reporting: client insights were spread across up to 10 separate reports and long delivery cycles (previously up to six weeks), making it hard to see the full marketing funnel or measure digital impact. The challenge was to break down data silos, speed time-to-insight and provide a comprehensive, actionable view for clients.
The team built “Heartbeat,” an interactive Tableau dashboard that integrates survey data with Google Analytics, Salesforce and client systems into a single source of truth. The solution cut delivery time to about three days, increased client self-service and engagement, strengthened client relationships and internal collaboration, and helped embed a more data-driven culture across the network.
