Bridgei2i, an analytics solutions firm with offices in the U.S. and Bangalore, was hired by a global technology company to standardize its market-forecasting process used by roughly 900 executives. The client relied on fragmented, static Excel/CSV reports and separate regional forecasts, which produced no single version of the truth and made it difficult for users to get timely, region- and product-specific answers.
Bridgei2i created a master, interactive market-forecasting report using Tableau—consolidating data from the client’s web portal, Google Analytics, MySQL, flat files and Excel—and delivered packaged workbooks via SharePoint; a 30-person team implemented the solution in two 45-day phases. The result: drillable, device-friendly insights, a ten-day reduction in quarterly report development, forecasting costs reduced to about one‑tenth of the original amount (saving an estimated $300,000 on analyst reports), and a unified source of truth for decision-makers.
