Bolton Wanderers FC was swamped by disparate player and performance data—over 50 databases, thousands of weekly data points and some 6,000 XML files per season—making recruitment, training, injury and match analysis fragmented and largely unusable.

By using Alteryx to parse and normalize spatial X/Y event data and Tableau Desktop/Server to build interactive maps and dashboards, the club turned raw feeds into actionable analytics.
