Using Tableau to map point-of-sale and guest-experience data, Arby’s built dashboards that tracked customer flows, remodel performance, and promotion outcomes, and automated a six-hour FP&A reporting process. The insights drove five times more remodels in a year, uncovered and fixed a promotion issue that saved money, improved forecasting and franchise planning, and created a centralized analytics source that boosted cross-team collaboration.
