A TableAir Case Study
IKI Lietuva, a large retail chain, faced the challenge of transitioning to a hybrid work model in its new headquarters. With over 400 administrative employees and a need for flexible workspaces, their previous system of reserving rooms via an office administrator or Outlook was insufficient. Their main goal was to implement an effortless workspace and meeting room reservation system that employees could manage themselves. To address this, they turned to the vendor TableAir for a solution.
The solution implemented by TableAir included desk and meeting room booking via a mobile app and web dashboard, supplemented by digital displays mounted outside each room for on-the-spot bookings. This allowed IKI Lietuva to successfully establish a hybrid work model with a mix of fixed and shared desks. The TableAir system ensured effortless management of the shared workspaces and meeting rooms, providing employees with the ability to autonomously manage their workdays and book the resources they needed.
