The solution from TableAir provided clear visibility into which workspaces and rooms were occupied, enabling employees to easily find and reserve a place to work. This implementation helped Gemeente Amstelveen realize that they were using only 600 of their 1000 workstations daily. As a result, TableAir's system enabled the customer to save €200,000 per year in rent and €300,000 in furnishing costs by avoiding the need for additional office space.
