They partnered with vendor TableAir to implement its desk and meeting room booking solutions, along with office sensors and smart buttons, to gain better insight into space utilization.

The solution from TableAir provided clear visibility into which workspaces and rooms were occupied, enabling employees to easily find and reserve a place to work. This implementation helped Gemeente Amstelveen realize that they were using only 600 of their 1000 workstations daily. As a result, TableAir's system enabled the customer to save €200,000 per year in rent and €300,000 in furnishing costs by avoiding the need for additional office space.
