A Tabby Case Study

Preview of the Magrabi Case Study

Magrabi increases average order value by 59% with Tabby

Magrabi, a leading fashion eyewear and medical eye care specialist in the Middle East, sought to improve the efficiency of its in-store customer journey and make its luxury products available to a wider market. Their challenge was to provide a payment solution that would reduce the initial cost to customers and drive consistency between their online and offline channels. They partnered with the vendor Tabby to implement its pay-in-4 service.

Tabby's solution was implemented in-store, allowing customers to split their payments into four installments. This reduced the upfront cost of purchase and leveraged Tabby's existing user base. The results were significant, with Magrabi achieving a 59% increase in average order value and a 31% increase in sales. Tabby also accounted for an impressive 40% share of checkout during the trial, leading to a full rollout across all 150 stores.
