UW Sees the Real-time Data Difference

The University of Wyoming faced major parking management challenges, including manually handling about 10,000 citations a year, long permit-season lines, missing permits, and frustrated customers. To improve operations, the university turned to T2 Systems and its UNIFI Parking Management Platform, including online permit and payment tools.

T2 Systems implemented real-time handheld citation communication and the FlexPort online portal to centralize enforcement, payments, and permit management. As a result, citations are now available immediately for online payment or appeal, customer complaints are easier to resolve, and permit lines have dropped dramatically, reducing paperwork and improving revenue collection.
