The University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) needed to replace its parking operations vendor after struggling with permit and violation management, customer communication, reporting, appeals, and frequent upgrade issues that disrupted operations. Seeking a more customer-focused solution, UNO evaluated alternatives and connected with T2 Systems, including its Flex platform, to better support parking, ticketing, and virtual permitting needs.
