TAMHSC Uses T2 Solutions To Do Big Things With a Small Team

Texas A&M Health Science Center (TAMHSC) needed a modern parking management platform for its new 200-acre Bryan, TX campus, while also keeping the experience familiar for students, staff, and visitors already used to Texas A&M University’s system. They partnered with T2 Systems and used T2 Flex, FlexPort, PermitDirect, and the Mobile Enforcement App to manage permits, citations, and enforcement more efficiently.

T2 Systems implemented an automated, integrated solution that connected with TAMHSC’s internal systems and enabled online permit sales, printable permits, third-party fulfillment, and smartphone-based enforcement. The result was a faster, more convenient parking experience and major operational savings: TAMHSC reported significant time and cost reductions, sold many permits without staff intervention, and now manages about $3 million a year with a lean four-person team.
