East Carolina University Works Smarter with Flex Asset Manager

East Carolina University’s Parking and Transportation department needed a better way to manage repair, replacement, inventory, and work orders for parking assets across a large campus. Using T2 Systems and its Flex Asset Manager module, the team moved beyond a paper-based process that made it hard to track inventory, price work, and assign tasks efficiently.

T2 Systems implemented Flex Asset Manager to catalog assets, automate recurring work orders, and produce detailed reports for budgeting and decision-making. The results included more than 27,000 work orders completed in ten years, better cost and staffing justification, improved compliance reporting, and stronger documentation for campus changes and appeals.
