AT&T Helps Citizens Bank With Digital Branch Transformation

Citizens Bank, one of the largest retail banks in the U.S., wanted to transform the branch customer experience with more modern, engaging digital touchpoints across its network of more than 1,100 locations. AT&T Business provided advanced technology solutions, including digital signage and network services, to help support this digital branch transformation.

AT&T Business worked with Cineplex Digital Media to design, install, and operate a digital signage network that brings custom content, local news, weather, sports, and financial topics into bank branches. The first phase is complete, with 1,047 single- and dual-screen locations already running the new media players, and the rollout was planned for the remaining branches. AT&T Business also managed network architecture, service support, documentation, and additional security, voice, data, mobility, and application services to deliver a richer customer experience.
