EBS Security of Poland, a provider of professional security systems, faced the challenge of developing a highly secure yet intuitive control app for its alarm systems on iOS and Android. They partnered with the vendor SYZYGY to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for critical functions like system activation, sensor checks, and remote camera access.

SYZYGY conducted a technical analysis and customer workshops to identify optimal solutions. They then visualized the user flow with low-fidelity wireframes and created high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, which helped avoid unnecessary programming costs. The resulting app allows users to manage all important functions intuitively and securely from a dashboard. SYZYGY's solution also included a clever feature, the EBS Communicator, enabling the app to integrate with alarm systems from other vendors.
