Dendro Poland Enhances Third-party Monitoring with Syteca

Dendro Poland, a leading foam mattress manufacturer supplying clients such as IKEA, faced growing security risks from third-party contractors who required access to corporate servers. After audit recommendations to monitor vendor activity, Syteca was engaged to address the challenge and implement a solution to control and review external access (using the Ekran System monitoring product).

Syteca deployed Ekran System on the servers accessed by external contractors, enabling session recording, per-session video logs, and Reports and Statistics to give a full overview of third‑party activity. The solution allowed Dendro Poland’s IT team to audit every user action, ensure contractors only performed assigned tasks, and prevent unauthorized changes—resulting in stronger oversight and easier compliance with audit requirements.
